Tesla’s new Roadster flew over a row of parked cars
Tesla’s new Roadster just flew over a row of parked cars.
The demo took place on the evening of October 15 at SpaceX’s McGregor test site in Texas. Elon Musk posted a video of the hop with “Turns out the future does have flying cars,” and the post passed 19 million views.
The top Rocket version has 10 cold-gas thrusters. Still, this is a short thruster hop, not sustained flight. Musk says production starts in 2028.
