DeepMind-born drug discovery company Isomorphic Labs in funding talks at a $40-50 billion valuation
Isomorphic Labs, the AI drug discovery company spun out of Google DeepMind, is in early talks to raise new money at a valuation of at least $40 billion, Bloomberg reported on October 8, citing people familiar with the matter. The round could value the company at up to $50 billion, though nothing is final and terms may change. Founded by Demis Hassabis inside Alphabet in 2021 and built on DeepMind’s AlphaFold work, the London-based firm raised a $2.1 billion Series B led by Thrive Capital in May 2026. It has partnerships with Eli Lilly, Novartis and Johnson & Johnson. Isomorphic has not publicly confirmed the report.
