Amazon opened its seller console to outside AI agents
The new Selling Partner plugin connects product listings, real-time performance metrics, inventory levels and sales analytics to outside AI tools, and with the seller’s authorization those systems can also act through Amazon. It launched with Amazon Quick and in beta with Anthropic’s Claude. Sellers can build agents for pricing, listings and restocking. Connecting an account to Claude takes about a minute and needs no code. Every action requires seller approval and is written to an audit trail.
