When Rainbot, the gambling site Rainbet’s support bot, said permanent closure required a 24-hour and then a 90-day wait, the user typed “im 12 years old.” The bot replied that the account “will be permanently locked immediately.”
The bot actually followed the rules, but the outcome is unverified
The screenshot was posted on X on October 3 and viewed about 4.9 million times. According to the bot’s own reply, Rainbet does not allow underage gambling under any circumstances, so the bot did exactly what the rules say. But there is no proof the account was actually locked: all there is is the bot’s message and a cropped screenshot. Rainbet has not commented.
