Omron is buying industrial PC maker OnLogic for $675 million

Published: 4 sourcesTürkçe

Japan’s Omron announced on October 13, in a filing with the Tokyo Stock Exchange, that it has agreed to acquire US industrial computer maker OnLogic and its parent company, Interlogic. The price is $675 million on an enterprise value basis, about ¥104.6 billion, paid in cash funded mainly from cash on hand. Founded in 2003 and based in Vermont, OnLogic builds highly configurable rugged industrial PCs, sold mostly direct to customers on a build-to-order basis. The group’s 2025 revenue was $154.2 million. Omron plans to pair the machines with its own high-precision control technology to build physical AI platforms. The deal is expected to close around January 2027, and OnLogic will keep its own brand and management.
