A federal judge told Musk to hand the Apple settlement terms to the court

X and SpaceXAI had abruptly withdrawn their antitrust claims against Apple. Judge Mark Pittman ordered that any agreement behind that withdrawal be produced to the court. The documents go to the judge’s private review, not to the public.

- Two days after the order in this story, on September 17, Judge Pittman reviewed the agreement himself, found it held no information relevant to the issues to be decided in the case and denied OpenAI’s request to see it. The terms remain confidential.
