Heidi raised $340 million to move beyond its clinical notes app
The round combines a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird with a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund, taking the company to a $900 million valuation. The money goes toward moving past clinical documentation into agentic capabilities that support the work around a patient visit, and into the regulatory and clinical safety foundations for them. Heidi now supports around 2.8 million patient interactions a week, in 110 languages across 190 countries.
