Gemini 3.8 Live opened to enterprises with a live avatar that lip-syncs in 97 languages
Google made Live Avatar generally available inside Gemini Enterprise on September 24, with endpoints in the United States and the European Union. The model understands and speaks 97 languages with automatic detection, and the avatar adjusts its lip-sync and expressions across language switches without visual drift. Turn-taking is natural. Enterprises can use it for customer service and interactive walkthroughs.
